Product was fine and the correct part. A delay in despatch did happen and I understand can happen, but the lack of communication was not acceptable, especially when there is no telephone support line for a customer to enquire about the delay. (Staff Note: Unfortunately there was a slight delay in getting this order out to the customer, we apologise for this delay. The customer received a full refund on their shipping costs.)
