I have ordered filters for my cooker hood in September 2025. I have received them in February 2026 because they weren't in stock. During this timeof waiting I was in touch with the customer service. They always replied to me and updated me within the situation. I am very glad how we comunicate. It was the only place whih offer me a hope first and then filters to my cooker hood.
